1. Acceptance of Terms
By using NairaPacket, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Investment Risks
All purchase carry risk. Property values can go down as well as up. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. You may not get back the full amount invested.
3. Platform Use
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
4. Fees & Charges
We may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. We reserve the right to modify fees with notice.
5. Packet Transfers
We offer two types of packet transfers between users:
Gift Transfers: Instant transfers that do not require recipient confirmation. The sender pays all applicable transfer fees. Once initiated, gift transfers cannot be reversed.
Trade Requests: Transfers that require recipient acceptance and payment. Recipients must have sufficient wallet balance to cover both the purchase amount and transfer fees. Trade requests can be rejected or may expire if not accepted.
All transfers are final once completed. Transfer fees are calculated based on current platform rates and disclosed before confirmation.
6. Data Protection
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your personal information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses due to market conditions, technical issues, or third-party actions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or app notification.
